FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you supply and print on single Holy Cards?
We can supply single Holy Cards, however due to the size most printers will not be able to print on them. We supply and print on the inside of folded Holy Cards or alternatively we can print on our prayer cards which are slightly bigger than Holy Cards.
Can I pick up items?
You are welcome to pick up items from our office in Penrith or we can ship them anywhere in Australia using express post. If required we can also organise a same day courier service.
Can I see a proof before it is printed?
If requested we are happy to email an electronic proof for you to verify dates and spelling. There may be additional charges if you require major changes to the design. Feel free to let us know your needs if a design change needs to be made.
Do you have the option of different fonts?
Our standard option is font Amazone which is a fancy font and easy to read. Please look at our design guide for other options which you can request.
Can I receive a quote?
Our home page has a calculator that will provide an instant quote. For quantities above 300 or other custom orders such as an Order of Service containing more than 3 pages please contact us.
Can I see a proof before making payment?
If you are placing an order online we request that payment is made before requesting an electronic proof. Sample images are provided online for each product to show the look of each item. If you live locally you are welcome to come into our office and view samples.
I've submitted an order, but didn't pay. Do I need to submit the order again?
If we can confirm that the order was received you will not need to submit all the information again. You can simply include your name and quantity of the product and proceed to pay. If there is any uncertaintly you are welcome to contact us.
